She is an accomplished thought leader and policy influencer with experience spanning development cooperation, climate justice and resilience. Tara has a PhD in Environmental Science and uses science to inform climate and environment policy internationally. She combines scientific, research and policy analysis with an ability to communicate complex information in an accessible manner.
